Jubilant and Joining Hands

Jubilant and Joining Hands is a compassionate home care in Indiana that helps the elderly and disabled right in the comfort of their own homes. Many of our clients are individuals who cherish the idea of aging in place but require a helping hand to navigate daily tasks that have become a bit more challenging.

Founded in 2019 as Jubilant Healthcare Agency, our initial mission was to support nursing home facilities, both skilled and memory care, recognizing the pressing need for additional care in such environments. We observed that nursing homes often struggled with understaffing, making it difficult to meet the unique needs of each resident. This inspired us to explore innovative solutions to keep individuals in their homes, ensuring they receive the care they deserve while minimizing the risk of unmet care plans or feelings of neglect due to overwhelming staff demands.
